Who we are

MakeMyShape operates MakeMyShape, a service for creating product images, videos, and social content. Contact the address above for privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or complaints.

Information we process

We process account details such as your name, email, authentication records, and preferences; uploaded product photos, logos, brand settings, prompts, and generated media; credit usage, payment references, subscription history, optional game progress, selected trend references and caption drafts; and technical records needed to operate and secure the service. Payment providers handle payment credentials in their checkout flows.

If you connect a social account, we process its identifiers, granted permissions, access tokens, publishing requests, post history, and available analytics. WhatsApp and push notifications process the contact or device information you supply when you enable those features.

If your brand connects its own WhatsApp business number, we store the granted business and number identifiers, encrypted access credentials, customer names and phone numbers, message text, attachment references, conversation state and delivery records needed for your customer inbox. Inbox transcripts are not automatically sent to content-generation AI providers. The separate MakeMyShape creation assistant processes the product photos and creative instructions you send it.

When you enable paid promotion, we process the selected creative, authorized ad account, product link, audience settings, confirmed budget, campaign identifiers and available delivery metrics. Meta handles ad billing directly.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, generate and store your content, manage credits and billing, publish content you request, provide support, and protect the service. Connecting a social account is optional. You can manage connections and notification preferences in your workspace.

Service providers and sharing

Generating content involves sending the necessary photos, prompts, and brand details to AI providers, including fal.ai and OpenAI. Infrastructure and storage use AWS; Firebase supports enabled notifications; Razorpay and Stripe process payments; and connected Meta services receive publishing and account requests. These providers may process information outside India under their own terms. Do not upload sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your creative.

Public showcase use of your products or media requires separate written permission. Uploading a product does not itself grant permission to feature your business in our marketing.

Browser storage

The app uses HttpOnly cookies for live login credentials and browser storage for theme, currency, preferences, device drafts and saved game progress. Login credentials from an older version can be validated and moved from browser storage into cookies; the old stored credentials are removed after successful migration. It may contact ipapi.co or api.country.is to estimate your country from your IP address and suggest a currency. You can choose a currency yourself. Disabling necessary storage can affect login and saved preferences.

Retention and your choices

Account and creative data are retained while needed to provide the service. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us from your registered email. Billing and security records may need to be retained for legal obligations and dispute resolution. Backups and provider-held records may have separate retention periods; we will explain any applicable limits when handling your request.

Disconnecting removes stored access credentials for that connection and stops future use through it, but does not automatically erase historical posts, customer inbox records, analytics, or content already published on the social platform. See our data deletion instructions.

Security and changes

We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect account and creative data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We will publish policy changes on this page and identify the revision date.
