Using the service

MakeMyShape provides AI-assisted product images, videos, downloads, and optional publishing tools for sellers. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for actions taken through your account.

Your products and permissions

Upload only photos, logos, packaging, and other materials you own or have permission to use. You must have permission for recognizable people and third-party intellectual property. Do not impersonate another business, create deceptive endorsements, or use the service for unlawful content.

You retain your rights in uploaded materials and give us permission to process them to provide the service. You may use generated content subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and provider terms. AI output may not be unique or eligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection. Separate written permission is required for public showcase use.

Review every result

AI can alter product shape, colour, logos, labels, small text, and claims. Compare the output with your original at full resolution before downloading or publishing. Do not publish inaccurate ingredients, specifications, certifications, or product claims. MakeMyShape does not guarantee exact product preservation, ad approval, conversions, or sales.

Plans, credits, and delivery

The live pricing page and checkout show the current plan price, currency, and included credits. Free credits are a one-time grant. Paid-plan credits refill by the monthly wallet period, including on yearly subscriptions. Images, videos, variations, and chargeable edits share your credit balance. A pre-generation estimate holds credits; settlement adjusts the charge to actual processing and returns unused held credits.

Higher resolutions, longer videos, additional references, and retries can use more credits. A failed generation is subject to the credit reversal process, distinct from a cash refund. This is a digital service; no physical goods are shipped. Generation times vary with the selected settings and service availability.

Connected publishing, promotion and messaging

Connect only accounts and business numbers you are authorized to manage. Review content before publishing, and confirm the saved lifetime advertising budget before launch. Meta reviews ads, controls delivery and bills your ad account directly; MakeMyShape credits pay for content creation. Pausing or disconnecting cannot undo delivery that already happened. If access is revoked or an operation is unconfirmed, check the campaign in Ads Manager before running another one.

Your brand is responsible for customer communications, required permissions and applicable platform rules. Customer text replies are available within WhatsApp’s service window; using an approved template outside that window is managed separately. The creation assistant asks for confirmation before submitting a draft for generation.

Payments and cancellation

Checkout confirms the total payable amount and billing cycle before payment. Renewal behavior depends on the selected payment provider and settings. Manage auto-renewal or cancel through Plans & Billing. Cancellation stops future renewal and preserves access through the paid period. See the refund and cancellation policy for refund eligibility.

Availability and disputes

We may suspend access for misuse, security incidents, or unpaid charges. Contact us if you believe access was restricted incorrectly. Availability depends on third-party AI, storage, payment, and social services. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Contact us first to resolve a dispute; applicable jurisdiction is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India subject to mandatory law.
