Email contact@makemyshape.com from your registered email within 7 days of payment. Include the payment or order reference, payment date, amount, and the reason for your request. Never send a full card number, password, or OTP.
Eligibility
We review duplicate or incorrect charges, payments that did not activate the purchased service or credits, and unused purchases requested within the refund window. Credits already used for completed generation are generally not refundable, except where required by law or where the service was not delivered as described. AI dissatisfaction alone does not guarantee a cash refund; try the free grant and review your results before purchasing.
Failed generations and missing credits
Credit reversals restore credits to your wallet and are separate from cash refunds. If a generation failed but its credits were not restored, contact us with the generation ID. We will check the credit ledger and correct confirmed billing errors.
Review and processing
We aim to review requests within 5 business days after receiving the needed information. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and gateway processing typically takes 5–10 business days after initiation; actual timing depends on the provider. We will send the outcome and available refund reference by email.
Cancel a subscription
Open your workspace, select Plans & Billing, and cancel your subscription or turn off auto-renewal before the next renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends. Cancellation alone does not issue a refund or convert remaining credits to cash. If you cannot access your account, email support to request cancellation.
Digital delivery
Plans and purchased credits are activated after payment verification. Generated content becomes available in your workspace when processing completes. No shipping or physical returns apply. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
